What is the returm policy?
You have 7 days to return your cranial prosthesis once its delivered. The unit must be returned in its original packaging, lace in tact, and tags still attached. Photos must also be submitted. NO CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT REFUNDS. You can EXCHANGE your cranial prosthetic for one of equal value. Store credit is also an option.
What are the payment options?
The goal is to get 50-100% of your unit covered by insurance. We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards and cash. No checks will be accepted.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, you may purchase a gift card via cash, debit or credit card.
